I only had 4 hours of sleep last night, but I was still up at 5:11 am to do my training.
I did a 50 minute tempo run, followed by an hour in the weight room.
I ran along the ocean and it was nice, it seemed like I was running faster than usual.
It has been a long time since I've been able to run with shorts on and no snow.
Hurray, I love it!
My trip was successful on every level. I was able to keep up my training, even traveling overseas.
Now I'm off to the airport for my 12 hour flight back home.
I should be home by 8:00 pm and told the family that when I get home we are going out for dinner and cocktails.
I plan on having a few pints to celebrate a week well done.
