Started at 6 and finished at 10...




I didn't have to drive Reid to Hockey practice this morning, so I got a well needed 9 hours of sleep last night.

I started my training early tonight, at 6:02 pm, I had a lot of training time to put in.

I rode the bike for 2 hours and 15 minutes, stretched and had a 1 hour and 20 minute weight training session.

By the time I finished it was 9:58 pm.

I've come to realize that doing weight training can be very draining, especially if you giver. I found that after today's weight training session, I was exhausted.

Afterwards, I was also craving oatmeal with blueberries and brown sugar.

Since I "bonked" on the weekend, I'm trying to stay away from simple sugars, like having my "ice cream" fix.

The BONK is no fun.

The oatmeal hit the spot and I felt better afterwards!!!
