I started my training right at 6:30 pm.
My bike ride was 2 hours, followed by my weight session, which lasted 80 minutes.
I decided to update my blog before I stretched, so after completing this update, I have 15 minutes of stretching before going to bed.
I figure by 10:45 pm I should be done for the night.
Hopefully I will get a good night sleep, as I need to get up at 5:45 am to do my 4000 meter swim.
Today's training went well. I found a couple of good TV shows to watch, which made the bike ride go faster. I did sweat a lot, as always!
The weights never get easier, but I love the results.
