I am calling BS that your HR stayed at 135 on that run! Dude you were running sub 7min pace after the rest of your awesome times! What the hell man?

We were checkin in on you throughout the day, great job, great race, and you look like you just got done with an easy run in your Video Race Report man.

I bet that beer never tasted soooo good. Tell Mandy hi!

Honestly, mad respect for you with that race and that finish. You earned those beers!

J, thanks. Funny, I'm liase fare about it. I don't know why, I should be excited. Fingers crossed.

M, I guarantee you it was in the 130 for the entire run and the entire day. See I know what I'm doing when it comes to intuitive training 80% of the time. haha. Who's mandy? The last 6 miles were hard, 2 MAJOR hills and a third semi-major. Your right I look and feel good, although I can get up from my chair, my legs aren't strong enough to lift me. haha. Water rafting on Tuesday should be fun. Although I'm on my 5th amstel and history show me that the more I drink the more I can overcome the pain of trying to stand. By the end of the night I'll be dancing. haha. Thanks for the props. Not bad for a puffy faced fat guy.hahahaha.

If you're dancing at the end of the night there better be video. Tell Reid to get on that.

Way to go dude! what an awesome result! Once again, kicking the course in the ass and motivating the rest of us to become stronger and faster! Congrats!

Great performance, That is a seriously good run!

Wicked. First of all I love it when a plan comes together. I paid a guy to kick you in the head in the swim but never belived for a minute he'd find you in the mellie - money well spent haha.

Loved the report, had a silly grin on my face from ear to ear listening and watching you.

And you are right it gets better (and easier) the faster you go.

I'm with JohnP (and everyone else I guess) anxious about the rolldown now - come on Bryan, get on the programme, we're all hoping you get that place!

Anyway, congratulations - so happy for you dude.
