This is the shortest blog post in the history of Training Payne. I'm too busy partying and UFC is on tonight. Hopefully Barb and Jamie can join us.It's a very brief entry because Reid just dropped this video on my lap. I also put an Uncut video of Reid bugging Nazaire at Alyssa's graduation. I can't stop watching Reid's video. Nazaire did a great job acting, so did Reid. I think we just found the next Abbot and Costello.
On the training front, I did a 6 hour bike ride. It was hot, 36 C with humidex and I wasn't hungover. Not much more to say. Enjoy Reid's video and consider my uncut version a chaser.

I do stuff like that to people when I am drunk. I hope you did not give Reid anything to drink (or to smoke) before Alyssa's graduation. Anyway, Nazaire seems to be a very nice guy. If someone sober (because drunk people are excused) would have done that to me I would have probably given him a lesson and scared the shit out of him.

That video was hilarious! I love that he has got the editing down pretty well too because the videos don't look corny or stupid like most kids' videos are on youtube.

D, Thanks. No Reid wasn't drunk, just in an annoying and abusing mood. Like father like son. See kids don't always need a hand held video game to keep them amused. haha. I like the "excused" philosophy, I too live by it.
