Yesterday I was 181.8 lbs and today I'm 184 lbs. Go figure. I had the most awesome workout last night, I was so strong and I'm only assuming that I'm retaining water to fix my muscles. At least that is the story that I'm sticking to. I don't feel fat, I don't look fat, my pants aren't tight, but I weigh a lot. Today was an easy day, I did nothing, other than work, eat, watch TV and eat crappy food like ice cream and taco chips. I don't know what to say other than it was a weird day for me.

Friday, fat day...
