Successful Spinning...

Today was my long bike, 3 hours 40 minutes. I made sure I had a good, long sleep, 10.5 hours.

After watching Reid's tryouts, I got on the bike. I decided to keep it in the small ring for the entire ride and make sure my rpm's were at 90 or above. I decided to follow the same plan I did last year, training in the small ring, racing in the large ring.

I rode easy, my heart rate averaged around 120 bpm for the entire ride and I averaged 28.9 kph, which was amazing. I ended up doing just over 107 km and the wind was blowing at 31 kph.

On the sixth line hill, I decided to pedal down it and my speed got up to 77.6 kph. When I got home I felt great, my legs feel pumped but not overly sore.
