Tonight I'm taking Reid to the Leafs game, so I had to do all my training this morning.
I was in the pool by 6:00 am and did a 3500 meter speed swim which took me 90 minutes, then I followed it up with a 1 hour weight training session.
Afterwards, I actually felt pretty good and started to feel much better than yesterday.
I can hardly wait to get a good 8 hours of sleep tonight. I think all I need is a few good sleeps, relaxation and not to many beers.
