It's a strange feeling, I have no training tonight because I can't swim due to my chest injury.
Instead of training, I did some running around and picked up some natural cream that is supposed to help strains and bruises. I also went to the bike store and picked up some Recoverite drink that came highly recommended. The guy at the bike store also gave me some suggestions of the roads I should travel for my long ride this weekend.
I guess I should enjoy the day off and use it as a recovery session before a heavy weekend of training. It is just strange not training today and sitting around the computer eating "freezes", it just doesn't feel natural.
