Slept 9 hours last night, plus another 90 minutes after work. I can't remember being this tired in a long time. It must be part of the tonsil recovery program. I did use my cpap last night. The only problem is that when I yawn, my throat hurts like hell.
After Reid's game I went for a 5 mile plus run. It was cold out, I had Alice's ipod, it felt good. Left Achilles still feeling a very dull pain. Run was good, my heart rate stayed around 140 or less and I cut 2 minutes of my Tuesday run, same distance.
Since I started running again, legs feel good, no muscle soreness. I'm now wondering if I should enter the 5km race this weekend. Would going all out be a bad thing? would I get injured? or would it further help my recovery?
