I woke up at 4am and had a massive headache, like someone put a vice on my temples.
I took Tylenol 3's, no help. After getting up, drinking water, moving from the bed to the couch and back, then watching some TV, I feel asleep again and woke up a few hours later without the massive headache but felt only 60%.
I'm not sure what caused it. It could have been the 10 plus beers (I lost count) I had although it didn't feel like a hangover. I did feel lousy today. It never fails...drinking beer is so fun at the time...you don't want to stop...and then you pay the price the next day. Today I'm paying the price, I'm not hungover, but I feel a slight nausea.
I rode the bike 95 minutes today. Had a nap, then did some weights after dinner. I was going to play hockey but I feel a cold coming on. WHY DID I DRINK SO MUCH????
The throat is 8 on 10 and today I started to eat well again. My body is in detox mode and craving sugar. I just need to fight the urge for crap food and the cravings will gone in a couple days.
There is a 5km road race tomorrow and I may do it. It all depends on what time I get up and how I feel.
