Getting back in the groove...

Woke up tired. Not sure if it is from being out late at the hockey game last night or not using my cpap for the last two nights.

With the tonsils out it seems the cpap pressure is too high and it is difficult for me to stay asleep. I've got to call to set up a re-evaluation to see if I still have sleep apnea after removing the tonsils and losing 50lbs or if just needs to have a pressure readjustment.

In either event the tonsils still hurt, but I can eat a little more and drink a little more. Although trying to drink a full glass of water at once hurts.

Had my power nap for 2 hours, then rode the wind trainer for 70 minutes. I've got to replace the seat on my bike, it looks good, but is making my foot and groin area numb from the blood flow cut 0ff. I have another seat I'm going to replace it with, it's just not as pretty.

I'm a little concerned about my left Achilles. It has a slight numbness from yesterdays run. It never fails, take some time off and you have to start over gradually to make sure all the body parts are able to handle workouts again.
