Our taxi is picking us up at 6:15 am to go to the airport and on to Winnipeg. Hopefully we will be able to get there as the weather man is predicting a storm for Winterpeg tomorrow morning.
Packing tonight was REAL interesting. Because we are heading to Winnipeg then to Florida, I needed to pack all my winter and summer training gear, plus my regular clothes and a pair of skates to boot.
I couldn't believe all the stuff I needed to bring and I really couldn't believe I was able to get it all to fit in my travel bag, sans skates.
I'm taking today off from training, letting my right calf heal a little more. I am a little paranoid about it, but I'll know if it is okay tomorrow when I go for a run, Winnipeg weather permitting.
