


I decided to turn my alarm off at 6:15 am and go back to sleep. I figured I'd do my swim in the evening.
After I woke up and checked my workout schedule, I realized I have a 95 minute run after work, which doesn't leave me much time to run and then get to the YMCA for 8:00 pm.
I got out the door at 6:15 pm and ran 10.79 miles, the run felt okay, but when I got home and did my calculations, I realized I was only going at an 8:55 pace. I did notice I was sweating a lot on the run and I do have a bad back still, but I'm disappointed that I'm not going faster.
When I got home from the run, I decided to stretch as my left achilles seemed a little sore. By the time I was done, I was running out of time to do the entire swim. I decided to move the swim to tomorrow morning and give my chest one more day of rest.
I got my totals from last weeks training.
Biking 154 miles
Running 31 miles
I also got some of my photo's from the Florida 70.3 Ironman.
