I decided to weight train early this morning because we had another company barbecue planned. My plan was to have a burger, a few beers and get home for around 6 pm so I could do my 55 minute tempo run.
It didn't turn out that way. I had a burger, had a lot of beers, had to call a cab, the cab driver ended up driving me home, coming in and partying and I didn't get to bed until midnight.
Sans run, but it was fun!
